To apply for degree verification from HEC, visit http://eservices.hec.gov.pk. Complete the online form and submit it. Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation via SMS and email. REQUIREMENTS for HEC Degree Attestation:
If applying for attestation of photocopies, original attested documents must be provided.
Transcripts (complete/incomplete) can be attested even without the issuance of a degree, provided they are verified by the Controller of Examination.
Incomplete transcripts must clearly reflect ongoing studies.
Transcripts issued by affiliated colleges must be verified by the Controller of Examination.
Information on degrees, transcripts, and CNIC/passport must match exactly.
Attestation for Shahadatul Almiya fil Uloom al Arabia wal Islamia requires entry of all educational details and an equivalence certificate.
Equivalence letters issued by HEC require submission of the original along with necessary documents.
Documents with omissions, overwriting, or erasures are not attested.
Attestation of CPSP Fellowship/Membership certificates (FCPS/MCPS) requires verification from the Chief Controller of Examinations, CPSP.
HEC attests originals on the front side and photocopies on the back side.
Requirement for HEC Documents Attestation
Completed Application Form and Challan Form or Courier Receipts (for courier attestation).
Clear copy of valid CNIC or Passport (for foreign nationals).
Original academic documents (matriculation onwards) with photocopies.
HEC equivalency certificate for foreign qualifications.
Transcripts must accompany degrees, even if attestation is not required.
Professional degree/diploma holders must provide registration/accreditation proof.
Authority letter (if submitted by someone other than the applicant).
Copy of old CNIC/Nikahnama for married females where details differ from CNIC.
Affidavit for loss/revision of degrees.
